Online Text Based Mafia Game

Summary:
We require an online text based game, driven by either
PHP or ASP. The users would have to work themselves up through ranks by doing certain criminal activities. These activities may include; crimes, drug trading, stocks

Attatched is a full brief of what we seek.
We need a coder who is willigng to support alpha, beta & v1.0 stages off the game.
We require that alpha is ready within a month of the bidding ending.

The game can be written in ASP or PHP. Coders choice.

We want to stress importance, to functionability, speed and simplicity.

This will basically entale, building the basic functions of the site.
