Rules & Regulations (Section)

Although our* forum generalizes w/ diff. topic(s) etc., and since we're still growing rapidly. A 'Rules & Regulations' topic should be included into our 'Front Desk' category, it would allow forum members to view our forums Rules & Regulation's. It will enable them to not* be excused for spamming/flaming/bumping topics, preventing our forum to be 'collapsed', or de-graded due to forum negativity, (Severe Case.)
