Some updates to the forum

Many more updates to the site.. Mostly fixes and small updates.
too name a few things

moved tutorals under there respected subject
changed name from coding my site to Programming & Coding
added a new subject for Hosting and Domains
links now in the thread will be underlined and have an orange hover (before they just looked like the text and you couldn't tell them apart)

Some near future updates
