How much? Is it worth?

I have been seeing some people who possess sites making $1/day. Now most of them have different price ranges as they may be quality sites or just plain old proxies. So how much is an average $1/day adsense site worth?

I suppose that really depends on the content and the PR, as well as incoming traffic. Having a site that makes 1$ a day is always good, but in the end it's only a site that profits about 100-150$ a year after hosting fees.
