Here is a design me and a friend of mine are working on. With the reservation that the logo will be changed and along with slight changes. But basically, that's it. It's being coded at the moment.

loads slow; coding not great, and to many images used; you could just repeat those in css
but it looks really good!

Same, scrap the background for the scanline pattern I see placed in some images, find a way to speed it up and cut down on the pics a bit. It's still a really nice design though.

I really like your site. I would change the background to little lightest to make it easier on the eyes of your visitors. I think your site is good and the domain name is good too. Looks good the glossary provides a lot of information. Yours site same to me as it is designed from one of the template of web design company ( may be coincidence). Anyway the only thing I would change is the background.
