Design of the Month - December

We are now holding design of the month to all members, the point of this post is to recognize who on this forum had some skills!

Rules:

Can only post one layout a month
Can post C&C on other peoples layout
No Ripping
If your going to say something unkind then your on the wrong forum ;-)

Prize:

Featured as our Designer of Month
Auto accept to design team ( if you want )
Website Advertising
*Secret Prize, yet to be announced*

is this just the layou, like an image, it is it fully coded 2?

Its the design, can be a design made with code or in photoshop/paint etc.
