Have you ever been sued ? Im quite sure alot of you have be told you are going to? Why when and where?

Ive never and wont, ive been threatened but thought nothing of it because it was a silly comment.

hehe, just been told im gonna be sued, i bought some templates full rights 3months ago and someone is claiming he made them 1 month ago and he will sue me lol.

I always get people saying to me, if you rip this tutorial etc I'll sue you and i'm like. . .

1. I wouldn't rip that tutorial.
2. I would make the tutorial myself and add my own touch.
3. I doubt a 12 year old would be able to stand up in court.

No the most that i have ever got was a trademark removal order on one of the sites that i mantained for a friend from apple for posting a picture of a ipod i believe its a while back with the 1g ipod and i have nearly gotten sued once for almost breaking and NDA that i was unaware of that a client had slipped in to the contract than i decided always to use my own contract got a good lawyer and made a good solid contract.
