What should you look for in a domain?

Hello TalkDev members, I was wondering If I was searching for a decent domain name to possibly sell on what should I be looking for? I mean PR? Should I see how many characters it has or? Thanks in advance for your time.

you should be looking for a short domain with good keywords/niche, i wouldn't worry about pagerank to much if you are just trying to sell the domain.
