yes of course adobe photo shop but u know its depend on the graphics.which type graphics u making.....if u comfort able in photo shop than u do other wise choose other program..

The top of the line 3d application is 3dmax. the top of the line rastor 2d program is adobe photoshop. if you are looking to do free hand drawing I might suggest looking into corel's line of products.

all of these programs are definently the best in their fields, but they all have very steep learning curves so you may still want to look around.

I use Paint.Net to avoid my pc from bloating when using photoshop.
