Can someone tell me where i can find high quality web building softwares,

I am new to web design and want to host an ecommerce site,

currently i dont have any knowledge in web design or web development, can any one help on this issue?

I'd recommend learning the basics of Web Dev. at W3Schools and an excellent program for web design that I strongly recommend is PhotoShop. You can download a 30-day trial there. If you have the money, then you can purchase the program otherwise, you'll need to find a substitute program. If you do get PhotoShop, you can find an excellent source of tutorials at Pixel2Life which also provides tutorials on other programs and what not.
