which coding is best
dreamweaver,PHP ,ASP.NET OR HTML ?

Well first of all, Dreamweaver is not coding it's a program that can be USED to code.

As for which language, you should definitely know HTML before attempting the other two. I'd say PHP is better though as it works on both Windows/Linux servers. ASP only works on Windows servers at the moment I believe..

I think you r new in web designing field. what is your aim in life about web designing. if you want to be a freelance web designer then go for Php but you also need some knowledge of html with that.
otherwise asp.net is best.
