Designing a skin for iTunes

I have been an apple fan for a long time and I think I have the new iTunes design done on illustrator but I don’t know how to actually mount it to iTunes. Any ideas? I also want to offer my services as a designer, but don’t know where, any recommended sites?

There are many freelance sites you can try - Elance, Guru (they are quite expensive) RAC, GAF, SL (lower fees)...
The competition there may be quite hard sometimes.
