Need opinion on cheap web design company

I want to start an online business and so I’ve been checking the internet for cheap website designers. I came across Web Site Design by Ninth Degree: Low-Cost, High-Quality, Cheap Website Development. Do any of you know anything about this company?

I'm sorry bud, unfortunately I have never heard of this company. They seem to present a clean lay out and use a flash based website, so they seemingly know a little bit about web and graphic design.

Same here. Never heard of that company either.

For design work you might want to consider running a design contest so you get a number of designers submitting their designs which you can then choose from. Lots of great websites out there that offer tis service. 99Designs.com is one such site and I have seen some really great work from the designers who participate there.
